Why portals demand “one PDF” — and how to make it
Job portals, visa applications, university admissions, and insurance claims usually accept exactly one attachment. If you photographed your ID, diploma, and payslips as separate JPGs, you need them combined into a single PDF in the right order. Hitting an upload size limit? Compress before combining
Portals often cap uploads at 2–10 MB, and five phone photos can easily exceed that. Run each image through the image compressor at ~75–80% quality first — documents stay perfectly readable at half the size. If you also need to shrink dimensions (a 4000px-wide photo of an A4 page is overkill), use the resizer to bring width down to ~1600px before converting.
